Throughout her career, Nancy held several senior leadership positions at prominent organizations. Most recently, she served as Senior Strategy Business Manager at ICE Mortgage Technologies, where she led strategic initiatives to propel digital solutions forward. Nancy was responsible for providing team leadership, fostering strategic growth, and managing key relationships to support organizational advancement.

Nancy’s influence extended beyond internal leadership—she was a crucial liaison with federal and state authorities, maintaining critical relationships and navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Tim currently serves as outside legal advisor/counsel on information governance (privacy and protection, security and sharing, digital identity, and electronic notarization) for several industries and sectors, including digital technologies, national associations, and state governments.

Tim was authored the first online notarization law in the world (Virginia, 2011) and has subsequently advised on the drafting of similar enacting laws and rulemaking in nearly every other state.

Pioneering Leader in the Land Title Industry. With a distinguished career spanning over 50 years, Tom Fickle has become a renowned figure in the land title industry. After earning his degree in Land Title and Abstracting, Tom began his journey at the entry level, steadily advancing to management roles with National Title Insurance Underwriters

Tom’s innovative spirit led to the creation of a one-stop title and escrow unit that served a national lender, introducing electronic delivery and fulfillment for streamlined residential refinances across the country. He played a key part in facilitating the first electronic paperless closings in Indiana, marking a major milestone in the industry’s evolution.

Today, Tom continues to shape the profession by providing consulting and training services to title agents throughout Indiana. A life member of the Indiana Land Title Association, he is dedicated to helping and developing future generations of professionals. His contributions have been recognized with honors including Life Emeritus Member and the President’s Award, reflecting his unwavering passion and transformative impact on the industry.
